Today Roberto C. Atienza Jr., fourth generation of the Atienza family, is dedicated to the coffee industry, following in his father's footsteps. On the farm it is still grown, picked by hand and made with the same artisanal care. The method of drying coffee is the same one that was used more than a century ago on the farm, with old drums and extreme vigilance. When the coffee is ready, it makes a distinctive sound, which only the tuned ears of experts can decipher.
